Service Description
Collect blood draws and health assessments in the comfort of your own home or office. This service helps children feel more comfortable in their own setting, improves accessibility while removing the need for transportation and providing elevated privacy and safety for testing.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Appointment Policy Deposits are strictly non‑refundable. A paid deposit secures your appointment time and is required at the time of booking. Rescheduling: Your deposit may be applied one time to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. Cancellations & Changes: All cancellations, appointment changes, or rescheduling requests must be made no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Requests made after this window will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Communication: Please contact us directly for all cancellations or rescheduling needs so we can assist you promptly and update your appointment.
